Weight: 175.7 *goin' down, down*
Food Log:
Breakfast
- 6 oz. 0% greek yogurt, peach
- 1/2 slice dry wheat toast
Lunch
- 1 c. leftover chicken pot pie
Snack: (guilty as charged, I traded my soup for my boss's half sandwich AND ate chocolate)
- 1/2 tuna sandwich w/ american cheese on wheat
- 1 bite size Hershey's dark chocolate w/ peanuts
Dinner: (I felt guilty about my snacks)
- 1/2 can Healthy Request tomato soup
- 1 lite string cheese
- 1/2 cup canned lite fruit cocktail
Exercise:
- 30 minutes On Demand, Jillian's 30-Day Shred (haarrd!)
Water Intake:
8 cups
I really want to lose weight for this cruise. I need to stay focused and continue to work out.
