- 1 faux bologna sandwich (bologna, 2 % american cheese, light mayo, mustard, on wheat)
- 2 c. 94% fat free popcorn w/ white cheddar sprinkles
Dinner:
- Garden Salad w/ italian dressing
- 1/2 an entree of Eggplant Rollatini (eggplant rolled with ricotta cheese)
- 1 glass chardonnay
Snack:
- 1/2 of a big chocolate chip cookie
Exercise:
- about an hour of walking around the city
Water Intake:
- 6 cups
