Food Journal 2/15/09

Weight: ? (disfunctional scale)

Food Log:
Breakfast: none, had brunch

Lunch
- Grilled Veggie wrap (grilled veggies, lettuce & tomato, on a pita wrap w/ tahini sauce)
- 1 c. rice pilaf
- 1/2 of a chocolate chocolate chip cookie

Dinner: guilt over lunch
- sandwich (faux bologna, 2 % american cheese, light mayo, mustard, on wheat)
- 2 c. 94% fat free popcorn

Exercise:
- 20 minutes On Demand, Jackie's Core 1-on-1 workout
- 10 minutes On Demand Slimmer Legs Pilates

Water Intake:
- 8 cups
